What are the delivery methods and times?

We ship your orders via Colissimo, Mondial Relay, and Colis Privé . The average delivery time is 7 business days from the date your order is confirmed.

Yes, we deliver throughout Europe as well as to the French overseas departments and territories .

How can I track my package?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. This will allow you to track your package in real time on the carrier's website.

What is your return policy?

If an item is not suitable, you have 15 days after receipt to return it to us. Returns are free .

What are the refund processing times?

Once the return is validated, the refund is made within a maximum of 35 days to the payment method used for the purchase.
